Wrong item was sent. I ask for Sugar free and the items were with sugar.
There is no contact number only email.
Have email them numerous times and there has been no response.
I would never buy with this company.

Lies about products - our product never arrived and they refused to give a refund. I'm so disappointed in this.

I never received my order. It’s impossible to contact the company. The chat bot goes in circles. It never connects to an operator. The social media accounts don’t respond either. The phone number goes to a tape. Very frustrating experience.
Even the email I found below is sending the message back undelivered.

Fraudulent seller.
They sold me a product that only would work in the EU, it never showed up, and they still charged me.

I bought two tins of Simpkins travel sweets one of them wasn’t sealed like the other, tried contacting you to advise but that was hopeless so I gave up. Also postage was extremely high I thought I had to pay 99p postage but for a £3 purchase the postage was £3.99 which I didn’t realise until to late. So unfortunately I won’t be using this company again

I give two stars for quick refund . First contact and immediate failure . I received something different than what I ordered . Very difficult to contact the store . I'm not happy .

Lancôme Make up brush fell apart. Absolute rubbish. No refund, no replacement offered. I’ve bought the brush before some another shop and it lasted 6 years. This one lasted 6 months.

I ordered the metanium cream for my son on the 31st October 2022 and received my order from dpd deliveries on the 1st November. its very good cream. cannot buy in Ireland. need a prescription for it here. I will be buying from you again for the fastest shipment ever.

I didn’t receive my order.
I ordered on 10/26 , deadline 10 days and so far I have not received and there is no action about delivery.
The chat is not working!!!

Worst experience I have ever had when ordering a product. Placed order on Aug 13th as of today Sept 6th I still have not received product. The bot says a customer service representative will be with you within a few minutes. Yet, still no contact. This is a SCAM!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

UPDATE...UNLIKE THE COMMENT FROM THE SCAM OF A COMPANY WANTS TO GIVE ME CREDIT FOR...I CONTACTED THEIR ROBOT ONLINE ANDWERING SERVICE DAILY AMD NO RESPONSE. THE PRODUCT THAT WAS RECEIVED WAS FAULTY. THIS COMPANY JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
